About the role We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Lead to prospect, qualify, and close high-value enterprise clients. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and driving the process from lead identification, outreach, and qualification.
What will you do
- Own the sales process, including initial discovery, product demonstrations, and negotiations for enterprise partners
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for client proposals and technical demonstrations
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Socket products and services
- Participate in enterprise conferences and global industry to discover customer needs
- 1+ years experience in crypto project in business development or growth roles
- Experience with enterprise sales and lead generation strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization
- You are a quick learner and comfortable with ambiguity
- You have a track record of successfully selling complex solutions
